The Lamborghini Reventon is a limited production sports car manufactured by Italian automaker Lamborghini. The car was unveiled at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Reventon is based on the Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 and was designed by Filippo Perini. The car is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 650 PS (478 kW; 641 hp) at 8,250 rpm and 660 N·m (487 lb·ft) of torque at 6,500 rpm. The Reventon has a top speed of 340 km/h (211 mph) and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 3.4 seconds. The Reventon was limited to a production run of 20 units, all of which were sold before the car was unveiled. The Reventon is one of the most expensive Lamborghini models ever produced, with a price tag of €1.2 million (US$1.6 million).
